主要系统技术特点
湿法喷淋塔烟气治理系统主要由吸收剂制备系统、烟气系统、吸收氧化系统、浆液循环系统、石膏处理系统、公用系统、事故浆液系统、废水排放系统、排空系统等组成。主要特点:
1.脱硫效率高,能同时脱除HF/HCI等多种污染物脱硫效率≥95%(最高可达99%),HF、HCI脱除率≥80% ;
2.吸收剂资源丰富,价格便宜,钙硫比低,仅1.01-1.03;
3.技术成熟,运行可靠性高;
4.脱硫副产物为二水石膏,品质好,可直接外卖。



Main System Technical Features
The flue gas management system in wet spray tower is composed by the absorbent preparation system, the flue gas system, the absorption and the oxidation system, the slurry circulating system, the gypsum handling system, the utility system, the emergency slurry system, the waste water discharge system, and the emptying system. The main features are as follows:
1. High desulfurization efficiency. It can simultaneously remove HF, HCl and other pollutants, with desulfurization efficiency over 95%(the highest being99%). Removal rate of HF and HCl is over 80%.
2. The absorbents are rich in resources with low price. The ratio of calcium to sulfur is lower, only reaching 1.01 to 1.03.
3. Mature technology, high operational reliability.
4. The desulfurization by-product is dihydrate gypsum of good quality, which can be directly sold.

Principle of chemical reactions:

4 reaction processes occur in the absorption tower simultaneously( absorption, dissolution, oxidation and crystallization).
